On December 9, 2022, crew training was conducted for the foreign trade chemical tanker "SH MARIA" on its maiden voyage in Shanghai. Li Guanghong, the General Manager of the company, as well as the heads of ship management departments respectively delivered a lecture. Through professional and detailed training in ship safety management, cargo operation, berthing and unberthing operation, commercial operation, implementation of system documents, standardized use and operation of ship management system, the crew was required to strictly implement the safety management, ensuring the successful voyage of the ship.

Through this training, it can enhance the crew’s safety awareness and improve their management ability, port state inspection skills, which ensure the safety operation.
