To comprehensively enhance the professional competence and standardized operation level of shore-based employees, on March 27, 2025, Shenghang Group organized a special promotion and training session for the Shore-based Employee Handbook (2025 Edition). This event was hosted by general manager of the Human Resources Department Han Yun, and adopted an online-offline integrated mode, covering all shore-based employees of the company.
As a programmatic document of Shenghang Group’s systems, the Shore-based Employee Handbook (2025 Edition) covers core modules such as enterprise overview, human resource management system, code of conduct, performance appraisal mechanism, salary management method, training and development plan, reward and punishment management system, and safety culture construction. Combining with the requirements of Shenghang Group’s strategic development, Han Yun focused on in-depth explanations of key contents such as the safety management system and the implementation details of the reward and punishment system, and made systematic explanations from the dimensions of the background of system design, management requirements, and implementation key points.
At the end of the training, the Chairman of Shenghang Group Yan Zhenyong, made a concluding speech from the perspective of Shenghang Group’s strategic development, emphasizing the “Three Musts”. First, it is a must to firmly establish the concept of safe development and incorporate safety management into the entire process of production and operation. Second, it is a must to strengthen the rigid constraints of the system to ensure the effective implementation of various management norms. Third, it is a must to deepen the sense of responsibility of all employees and continuously improve the professional service ability. He pointed out that this promotion activity was an important practice for the company to promote the modernization of the governance system, marking a new stage of standardization and normalization of shore-based management work.
This training effectively deepened employees' understanding and mastery of the new edition of the employee handbook through the combination of system promotion and case analysis. Subsequently, Shenghang Group would continue to strengthen the supervision of system implementation, and ensure that various management requirements take root through regular assessment and special inspections, laying a solid management foundation for achieving Shenghang Group’s strategic goals.
