In accordance with relevant regulations such as the Domestic Waterway Transportation Management Regulations, Domestic Waterway Transportation Management Provisions, International Maritime Transportation Regulations, and Implementation Rules of International Maritime Transportation Regulations, on March 24, 2025, the Waterway Bureau of the Jiangsu Provincial Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Supervision Bureau dispatched a verification working group to NANJING SHENGHANG SHIPPING CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “Shenghang Group” or “the company”) to conduct the 2025 annual verification of domestic and international waterway transportation (auxiliary industry) operators. Shenghang Group’s Deputy General Manager Jiangtao, and Safety Director Xue Xiaowei, received the verification working group.
During the verification process, the verification team members used methods such as holding discussions, reviewing work ledgers, and examining the company’s ship management system records to conduct a focused inspection on the implementation of the company’s safety responsibility system, the allocation and performance of dedicated personnel for maritime and mechanical affairs management, the company’s ship and shore emergency drills, ship visit records, and the allocation of its own transportation capacity. After strict and meticulous verification, all the company’s work and records met the relevant requirements of the verification, and Shenghang Group successfully passed the annual verification without any items requiring rectification.
