To precisely define the work direction for 2025, effectively strengthen the responsibility implementation mechanism, and fully ensure the steady and orderly advancement of NANJING SHENGHANG SHIPPING CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) strategic tasks, on March 8, 2025, the company solemnly held the signing ceremony of Shenghang Group’s 2025 Company Target Responsibility Statement in the 9th floor multimedia conference room. The Chairman Yan Zhenyong, the Co-Chairman Li Taoyuan, the General Manager Li Guanghong, the Deputy General Manager Song Jiangtao, Diao Jianming and Li Lingyun, the Financial Director Liu Yongqiang, and the Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board, Wang Tianhong as well as the general managers and position managers of various departments, attended the signing ceremony. The atmosphere on the scene was solemn and dignified, filled with a passionate sense of mission.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Han Yun, the general manager of the company’s Human Resources Department, served as the host. The General Manager Li Guanghong read out the core essence and assessment criteria of Shenghang Group’s 2025 Company Target Responsibility Statement. Each department, taking the responsibility statement as a guide for action, followed the pre-arranged signing agenda and successfully completed the signing of the four rounds of target responsibility statements.
The Chairman Yan Zhenyong, the Co-Chairman Li Taoyuan, and the General Manager Li Guanghong solemnly signed the target responsibility statements. This significant act demonstrates the company’s unwavering determination to advance its 2025 work goals and strategic plans. This year’s target responsibility statements meticulously set a series of detailed and challenging tasks around multiple dimensions including the company’s core business, safe operation, ship operation efficiency, information management, and safety culture construction. Shenghang Group continuously strengthens the ship safety management system, while intensifying safety training for crew members, comprehensively enhancing their safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, and improving the efficiency of ship management and operation. In the field of safety culture construction, Shenghang Group actively promotes measures such as safety milestones, HSE red and yellow lines, and visual management to ensure compliance with the 2025 Ministry of Transport’s safety integrity company evaluation standards.
After the signing ceremony, Fang Zhongliang, the general manager of the company’s Technical Department, spoke as the representative of the statement signatories. He stated that the target responsibility statement could be both pressure and motivation. We would take the statement as our action guideline, refine task nodes, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the implementation of each indicator.
