To enhance the professionalism and management capabilities of shore-based vessel supervisors and senior officers, Shenghang Group held a 3-day “2024 2nd Quarter Senior Officer Seminar” from July 24-26. This seminar focused on the theme of “Building the cornerstone of security, sailing away without worry”. In this seminar, the shore-based team of the company concentrated on writing relevant training courseware, according to the training needs identified in the daily management of ships and combined with typical cases occurring in fleet. Through in-depth discussion, it’s expected to jointly explore effective ways to enhance crew safety awareness, strengthen ship safety management, and optimize emergency response mechanism, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of zero injuries, zero accidents, and zero pollution.

2024 2nd Quarter Senior Officer Seminar came to a successful conclusion. This seminar was not only a feast of knowledge and wisdom, but also an important platform for promoting the company’s management improvement, enhancing the safety culture and awareness on board and ashore.
