On July 27, 2024, Shenghang Group held a work briefing for mid-2024. More than 60 people attended the meeting, including Chairman Li Taoyuan, General Manager Li Guanghong, senior executives and department managers. The meeting was chaired by Song Jiangtao, Deputy General Manager of the company.
According to the meeting agenda, all the department managers earnestly summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the work in the first half of 2024, and formulated the action plan for the second half of 2024. General Manager Li Guanghong made a concluding speech of work in the first half of 2024: under the correct leadership of the board and Chairman, all departments have been working closely around the company’s 2024 annual goal, and have been diligently implementing the country’s various policies and guidelines. Shenghang Group has actively engaged in enterprise safety standardization and safety culture construction work, and has been pushing forward safety production work in a systematic, standardized, and standardized manner. The General Manager has also emphasized that the company will strictly implement the closed-loop system between ships and shore in the second half of the year, build its core competitiveness in ship management, and comprehensively promote the construction of safety culture.
At the end of the meeting, Chairman Li Taoyuan made important instructions on the direction of the company’s production and operation for the second half of 2024. First, in the face of the current severe business environment, ship-shore integration needs to continuously optimize its business management, propose practical improvement measures and plans to achieve the annual business management goals, decrease cost and improve efficiency. Second, continue to expand the market, enhance risk awareness, and improve the ability to resist market fluctuations and respond to risks. Third, continuously strengthen internal management construction, enhance the effectiveness of auditing, and further optimize cost control. Fourth, continuously strengthen safety management of the fleet, implement the principal responsibility, and ensure the safe development of the company in the future.
In the second half of 2024, the company will intensify its supervision and inspection of safety production, and continuously improve its safety management level, pushing the company’s safety production work to a new height.
