The General Manager, Li Guanghong made detailed arrangements for the activities of safety warning education, investigation and management of safety hazards, and 100% coverage of shore-based ship visits, focusing on the elimination and rectification of hidden safety risks in navigation safety, cargo operation, tank cleaning operation, anti-pollution management, emergency management.
