On February 10, Director Cao Xin and his delegation from Nanjing Maritime Safety Administration (Nanjing MSA)’s Administrative Service Center visited Shenghang Group. Nearly a hundred certificates for oil pollution, fuel oil and wreckage, etc. for 39 ships of the company were issued on the spot. For shipping enterprises with a large volume of business in handling ship certificates, the “Quick Delivery" service has been launched. He stated that the Administrative Service Center would continuously improve the quality of government services and provide more convenient and satisfactory services for enterprises. At the same time, Director Cao Xin proposed that for larger shipping enterprises, personalized service plans can be customized. The forms of government-enterprise co-construction can be diversified. Through joint learning of business, on-site learning of ships and training on new regulations, the positive role in enhancing the intrinsic safety of enterprises can be achieved.
